so I'm about to fall asleep?

I'm sorry for the lack of updates over the past week. I've been working rather non-stop at my pipe-undenting job, and most of my freetime was taken up by prepping for the concert on Thursday night. Did I do something last night? I don't really remember. Hmmm. Maybe I talked with Erin on the phone? I really don't know?
My internet connection right now is a little unstable, so I'm not sure how long it will hold.
I'm also really sleepy.
I think I will update for real tomorrow.
This is just a teaser-trailer of an update.

Late for the sky

I was just finishing up writing my True Gladiator Tales epic tonight when I heard the sound of rain. I often wishfully mistake the sound of sprinklers on the pavement for rain, but when I heard the real thing I realized that there's no real comparison. This started small, but turned into a regular torrent, reverbing off of my roof and sending the neighborhood skateboard kids scattering home.
I rushed out with my camera to feel it on my skin, and maybe catch some rare pictures.
But I was too late. That scarce storm was made even rarer by lasting less than five minutes. The sunlight was beautiful, though, so I did snap some photographs.

The divided stormy sky, looks like a tri-tiered flag behind all our obstructions.

And then I turned and saw:

a faint benediction on our murky orange horizon.

there are two rainbows here, coming to earth, cutting through the power lines.

And a thrid rainbow was not far away.

I made stickers!!

. . . but you can only get them if you come to this show:

Yay! Promotion is fun!
It should be an awesome show, and if you live in Orange County, I highly recommend attending.
Also, making stickers is fun. Maybe I will make some more, especially for my faithful readers who do not dwell in the tragically hip zip codes us OhSeeians inhabit. Perhaps a contest is in order? What kind of stickers should I make?
